In order to clearly practice corporate social responsibility, Philin has a corporate social responsibility member group led by senior executives to formulate sustainable goals, development strategies, policies and implementation plans, and jointly implement the company's corporate social responsibility from top to bottom. The board of directors appoints the chairman to lead the promotion of affairs, integrate resources, review action plans, and supervise the promotion results; the legal department assists in planning and promoting corporate social responsibility related activities, releases relevant information to the company and outside, and is responsible for producing annual reports and reporting to the board of directors.
This group implements various corporate social responsibility action plans for employee care, corporate governance, environmental safety and health, and supply chain management, and responds to corporate social responsibility-related issues raised by stakeholders. Each plant has a management representative dedicated to labor, ethics, environmental safety and health, and supply chain to supervise the plant's implementation of various corporate social responsibility plans and strive to ensure compliance with the five major categories of labor, ethics, environment, safety and health, and management systems specified by the Responsible Business Alliance.
